13th Annual Spring League Registration Now!

Spring League is ready for it's 13th Annual version in 2020! Different registration and host, same great league.

Games take place Saturday afternoons at 12:30pm and 2:15pm at Lake Nokomis in South Minneapolis. The league is 6 weeks long, the first game on April 4th and the last week on May 9th!

Spring league is a Co-ed hat league, so sign up as an individual and get placed on at team for six weeks of rust dusting ultimate action. You can sign up with one 'carpool' buddy to get teamed up with a friend but it's a great opportunity to run around outside, throw the disc, and meet new teammates.

Teams will be made up of 15 players; nine male-matchup and six female-matchup players. The male-matchup registrations accepted will be scaled to match the female-matchup registrations. Registrants may be placed on a wait list initially. As more spots and teams become viable, players will be taken from the wait list in the order of registration. All players are encouraged to register early to provide for the best planning and product.

For your $50 registration fee, you'll get 6 exciting games, a sweet spring league jersey, and memories that will last a lifetime (or at least until early June). You will need a USAU membership, which is good for the year and all MN Ultimate and USAU events and can be purchased during league registration. The cheapest membership, which can be upgraded to a full coach or player membership later, is the adult affiliate membership; $18. 

This league can best be described as intermediate-competitive. The league attracts a wide variety of folks, from the fairly unseasoned, all the way to the wily veterans, but it's great fun for all.
